Meet Mayor Dogtor Conrad Sparkles (aka Conrad), the newly elected Dog Mayor of The C+E! After weeks of campaigning and thousands of votes, this distinguished good boy has officially fetched the title!
Over the coming year, you can find Conrad representing The C+E at special events—including the 2026 Grey Cup Festival where Conrad will serve as the official dog of the festival—community appearances and plenty of photo ops. We can’t wait to see what this four-legged leader has in store!

Thank you for your support in electing me as your new Dog Mayor. I’d like to thank my fellow canine candidates for a hard-fought and paws-itive campaign!
My campaign was built on a simple promise: Sniffing opportunities. Chasing solutions. Fetching results.
As your mayor I promise to deliver Treat-Driven Results, advocate for Walk-Life Balance, and make great fur-iends through Pup-lic Engagement. With the pack’s loyalty behind me, it’s time to get to work!

Official Duties
What comes with the title (besides the treats)? The title comes with more than just bragging rights — it comes with doggy duties:
Be a good ambassador for The Culture + Entertainment District.
Be available to attend a few key events throughout the year (like pop-ups, photo ops – or even walking in a parade). An honorarium will be provided for select events.
Be willing to be featured on The C+E’s social media with photos, fun facts, and updates from the "mayoral office" and collaborate on social media posts with The C+E.
In other words: if your pup wins, expect to have a little fun with us! 🐾
